How are orders processed?
- Orders are processed as soon as possible! A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed and shipped out. Please allow 2-3 business days for order inquiries and processing and include your order number in your email.
Where do you ship?
- We ship nationwide, Alhamdulillah!
What shipping is provided?
- For orders with Free Shipping, either by promotion or coupon code, Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) is provided.
Is Pick-Up an option?
- Currently local Pick-Up is available only in Jacksonville Florida and can be arranged via the contact us page.
What is your return policy?
- Currently, all sales are final. Unless you received the wrong item, we do not offer refunds at this time.
What is your exchange policy?
- While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes accidents can happen. If an item gets damaged during shipping or you find it faulty, you are allowed to return it within 7 days of receiving it to receive store credit. Items will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
What if my package does not arrive?
- While we are not liable for lost packages, please reach out to us so we can help you track it down.
