Frequently Asked Questions archive

Order Processing: Orders are processed as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for order inquiries and processing. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is processed and shipped out. 

Shipping: We ship nationwide. Free shipping (when provided during sales or with a coupon code) is standard shipping and takes 5-7 business days for items to arrive. Local pick up can be arranged for pick ups local to Jacksonville, Florida. Please contact us if you would like to arrange an in person pickup for details. 

Returns: All sales are final at this point. Unless you are sent a wrong item/color, or there is a mistake in your order on our behalf, we do not accept returns at this time. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we know sometimes mistakes and accidents can happen. If item gets damaged during shipping or you find it faulty, you are allowed to return it within 7 days of receiving it to receive a refund. Items will be refunded minus shipping cost only under this condition. Customer is also responsible for paying shipping fees to return item back to us.
